One Month Down...

Ah, finally, the weekend is here. It was a relatively hectic week. I've gotten involved in several projects and they're all pretty challenging. Some of which are on platforms I've never been exposed to. Oh well, that's something new to learn, and learning is always good.

The beetle's been running great, no problems throughout the week, thank God. I'd better check on the mustang's body/paint next week. Oh yeah, it's also due for registration. Ouch, all the expenses just keep piling up. I should keep unneeded costs to a minimum 'til June or July.

I've started playing Badminton again and I'm still looking for a place to practice Taekwondo. A few officemates and I are planning to get together and jam one of these days. We're getting rusty.

So far, so good. I've been for almost a month, I'm still adjusting but things are going okay so far. I hope the smooth sailing continues.

Transition

Wow, I haven't been blogging for quite a while. It's been a pretty busy month, closing up projects with my previous employer then hauling my stuff and getting settled in Cavite. So, yes, I'm back in Cavite with the company I worked for a year ago. I enjoy the work environment here but the location of the plant really sucks. If I had this job function and work environment in Baguio, I'd be a happy man. But, I guess you can't have everything.

So, what've I been upto lately? Hmm, a couple of car shows in Baguio (one in which Carl won runner up in the American Vintage division, not bad for a first attempt).

The 2006 Transport Show in Megamall...

Home recording sessions with Roy, the beetle's in Pangasinan, (broke down on the way to Manila), the mustang's been stripped and is ongoing body work, no surf sessions lately (the usual swimming pool flatness of summer) and getting settled in the new place I'm renting. Nothing really worth noting here. Same old same old...
