Holidays Part 1

Wow, I've got tons of photos waiting to be edited and uploaded. Here are a couple:

One of the things I miss about Baguio, blue skies and cool weather

Yes, another moon shot

So I guess the only thing I've been seeing aside from work is the moon. It's two days away from a full moon and here's tonight's shot:

Red Moon Rising

Did anyone notice the moon tonight? I had a reddish hue. Awesome and eerie at the same time...

Rush Hour

These next weekends seem like rush hour from 8am to 8pm. Everybody's scampering around, gift buying, organizing parties, putting together presentations and a lot of other activities associated with the Christmas season. In my case, it means working on Saturdays so I can hopefully take the entire week off. Then, I'll cram all my shopping on Sunday. Not a great plan, I know.

Aside from that I've been trying to squeeze in taking shots with my new gear. I still need to get used to it so I can operate it in my sleep. Here's something from last night:

Lotsa Little Stories

I know, I haven't been updating this for quite a while now. Well, as usual, works been eating up my time.

A couple of weeks ago I travelled home to Baguio (the same day Trillanes walked out etc..) and got to meet up with Aldrix, Danette, Nik, Jux and Jason to catch a few waves at San Juan. We were there on a Sunday, so it wasn't as crowded.

No crowd, gear up!

Yup, just us

A day before, Waf and I hung out with other photo enthusiasts and were invited to the Baguio Media Museum by Art Tibaldo.

After lunch, we headed to PNKY to meet up with Master Noli Gabilo. He was holding another workshop in Baguio. We also, of course, go to shoot around PNKY. Since it began getting dark, we headed to Burnham Lake to setup our gear. SM was having fireworks display every Saturday night of December.

A week later I caught the Heat Wave car show in Megamall. It was a chance for a couple of officemates and myself to shoot away after a hectic work week.

So there, I think that should bring you up to date. I'll probably be updating my flickr account a bit more often than this blog (it's easier to shoot that to write :D). You might want to check it out here.

Oh yeah, a few days ago, I shaved my head.
