Groove Salad

From experience, tuning in to online radios is hit or miss. You either get a few good songs mixed in with crap or you get a playlist which isn't really consistent. So far, SomaFM has been a reliable source of good vibes. You can just tune in and not have to worry about the next song, because you know its gonna be good.
